Overview of Telangana TRANSCO
Telangana TRANSCO is an electricity transmission company of Telangana State. It does the work of controlling the operations of Transmission and Trading of Power. It is an authorized transmission organization working under the state government of Telangana. Its headquarters is located in Hyderabad. Telangana TRANSCO’s main objective is to transmit supply to the whole state without any discontinuity. TS TRANSCO also recruits various candidates every year. It recruits efficient and skilled candidates into transmission department.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview. Based on merit in written exam candidates are eligible for Personal Interview.
Syllabus and Exam Pattern:Written test is conducted for 100 Marks consisting of 100 multiple choice questions and each question carrying 1 mark. Paper consists of two sections 80% of the paper details with core subject which is been provided in syllabus section in notification and 20% under section B which consists of 20 questions on General Awareness, Numerical Ability, English , Computer Awareness and cultural history of Telangana. The duration of the written examination will be 2 hours (120 minutes).
