Sarbjit Movie Story

Whole story of movie would thrill your soul, but it’s a true story of brother Sarbjit (Randeep Hooda) and his sister Dalbir Kaur (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan). Sarbjit was an Indian farmer living near indo-Pak border. In a night when he was drunk, accidently crossed the border and Pakistani official arrested him. After this the struggle of him and his sister Dalbir started, which took 23 years and ended in 2013 with Sarbjit’s Death in Pakistan.

Director Omang Kumar who had earlier delivered “Mary Kom”, has handled the film fairly adroitly. Scripted in a non-linear fashion, the film starts off on an uneven note and gradually as the narration progresses, it settles on an even keel to unravel the compelling drama.
