For Nexus users Google has officially out the latest version of its popular Android mobile OS– Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 7 (2013), Nexus 9 and Nexus Player will get an Over The Air (OTA) software update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The newly launched Nexus 5X and 6P along with the upcoming Google Pixel C tablet will ship with Android 6.0, straight from the factory. Some of the key features of Marshmallow include an enhancement of the Google. Now assistant, which is being called Now on Tap. With ‘Now on Tap’, the Google Now assistant is able to search for contextual information inside the app you’re in and give you information as and when you need on demand.
For Nexus Users Google’s Android 6.0 Marshmallow Update Rolled Out :-
Android Marshmallow features include a promised 30 percent average increase in stand by battery life and new privacy and permissions controls that let users deny apps access to specific features. Goole Now on Top, which pops up extra information about anything a user reads, listens to or writes, can also be activated by pressing and holding the home button.
And for those who wish to wait for over-the-air update of the Android 6.0, it can happen any day. Once downloading of the Android 6.0 file is done, users will be receiving a notification which will guide them with the installation steps.
Google also stated that for those who take their devices to work and wish to learn more about security and other work features in Android Marshmallow can register for the Android 6.0 for Work Live online event on November 4.
